The punto has an electric motor to give you steering assistance and can be found just above your knees when you are sitting in the drivers seat up behind the dash. The city botton will make yor steering lighter as it allows electricity through to the motor. If it is making a strange noise or has recently changed how it delivers its assistance then you should get it checked as so as by garage
