how to set the clock it keeps coming up with auto ?

any idea how i can set the clock on my belling format model 623bl mk2 as the oven wont work as the clock is set at auto

Belling Belling 623BL MK2 Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Set Clock Auto

I have just managed to re-set our Creda displaying in the same way .
If manual button does not cancell the flashing AUTO, try:- press in both left hand buttons and reset clock time with + button on right. This seemed to cancell the Auto mode whoch stopped both ovens from working.
