hotpoint aquarius fwd60g dishwasher does not dry dishes?

does not seem to finish cycle,towards end of cycle machine makes a dronning noise .then salt refill and rinse aid lights flash(slowly) and delicate 50 degree lights(fast flash).machine will continue to do this until switched off.when opened no heat at all.can you help
