Mend Potterton Puma 80 Boiler Central Heating Hot Water

Potterton Puma 80 no central heating?

The hot water red light is on but the central heating red light is off - I think a fuse may have gone as I still have hot water but the heating is not coming on. I have had the pump replaced by British Gas three times and this is a similar problem to that but the red light is now off.
