Mend Bush ZJ4-354 Standby Light

Why does my Bush LCD2 flatscreen keep cutting out?

The standby light comes on but after a few seconds it cuts out. I've tried pushing the channel buttons on the tv but seems to cut out just when I do.

I'm not too sure about the model but the only number I can find at the back of the tv is ZJ4-354.
