help to fix nokia 6230?

my nokia 6230 gallary where all my photos, music, wallpaper, and everything is stored just wiped to zero, so have no files left, is there any way of getting them back, i went to a phone shop and they said it was cost £20 to reboot the files on it and that was done through a programe on a computer. is there anyway you can help me or do you know what the programe that is used to fix it??
