What is complaints address for Ferroli?

I have had a Ferroli optimax HE 31 C for one year amd I want to write a letter of complaint but there are not contact details on the Ferroli website!
Unfortunately the boiler is situated in my bedroom. The circuit plate burnt out within the first week of installation with a toxic stench of burning plastic.
Last week there was a really loud banging noise and the boiler stopped. The fault has been diagnosed as "explosive ignition" and it certainly sounded like it. The ceramic burner plate is completely cracked and broken and I am now waiting for a new part. I have concerns about the safety of the boiler and the fact that I am sleeping in the same room as it.
If anyone has contact details please let me know as I am fed up with spending money on phone calls to Ferroli.
