Mend Shurflo 208-110-41 Water Pump Motorhome

How can I make my shurflo pump model 208-110-41 quieter?

This pump is installed in a 1996 Compass Drifter 360E motorhome. The pump does make quite a noise when working , which is annoying to other people when on site.Does this mean I need a new pump?
