faulty water pump?

why does the truma water pump in my 2010 swift challenger 530 not completely swich off when i turn cold/hot water taps off . Water flow looks a bit dodgy too.

first if that young must be under warranty if faulty pump. but i suspect it may be Whale Water Pump Pressure Switch fitted to cold water inlet pipe.
to see what .....Whale Water Pump Pressure Switch Caravan CamperVan . if you c/van has one..... adjustment; close it turning knob clockwise. open cold tap turn knob anti clockwise untill it starts to click, turn off tap and pump should shut off in 2-3 secs. the other reason may be air in system.
