Mend Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher Problem Finish

my hotpoint aquarious dishwasher has a problem?

the washing tablet is not disolving and is still in the dispenser unit at the end of the wash programme. Have had this problem from time to time but usually clears if I rinse the dispenser unit well. Have tried this several times but not working. I have always used finish tablets so it is not due to this. Can anyone give any advice?
