Fix my Heat Surge Fireplace?

Depending on when you purchased your fireplace, there may or may not be a reset button on the back. If there is, press the reset button. Then, make sure the unit is secured to the mantle and with both hands firmly holding the mantle, tip the fireplace face down until it is about six inches off the floor. Return the fireplace to the upright position. If the unit continues to malfunction after you have tried this, please contact me at 330.244.8286, thank you.
