how can i fix my beko dvc6631 electric cooker?

hi my oven was working then stopped every thing else works top oven plates all work bar the oven can anyone help me out with what could be the problem

If the clock on the left hand side isnt working then its all the same problem. First turn the power of from the switch, then pull the cooker out so you can gain access to the back.
At the bottom right side you will see a small black cover where the power enters the cooker, Open it using a star screwdriver and pull it towards you. You will then see a number of different coloured wires and this is where the problem is, make sure all the connections are secure by pushing them tightly in. Turn the power back on and watch the clock. keep pushing the connections untill the clock stays on, then close everthing back up and thats it done.
