Mend Hotpoint BF162 Dishwasher Blocked Pumping

Hotpoint BF162 dishwasher?

My dishwasher is not pumping out the water. I have removed as much as i can from the bottom but it still isn't working. It appears to start a cycle but as soon as it needs to pump water out it just stops.
