Flavel Milano RHS taking ages to heat?

The LHS has the thermal fuse problem which has made me use the RHS for ages. Now it seems that the RHS takes absolutely ages to get to full heat. Are there two elements and possibly one has gone? Also the gas rings on top where the gas comes out, can someone tell me what parts are actually called. I want a replacement set that I can keep for best as they are a nightmare to clean, but not sure what exactly to search for. They have a black cap, silver part with holes all around for the gas to come out and then the surrounding ring for the above part to sit on. Thats what gets filthy real quick. Been wanting a new set for years!
