Mend Glow Light Burner

How do I fix my heater?

My heater comes on for about 15 seconds and shut off. The glow plug continue to try to light the main burner. Soon the main burner comes on again but does not continue to burn. This goes on for three or four times before it continue to burn. How can I fix this?
