speedfight 100cc electiicic fault?

hi everyone , ive got a puegeot speedfight 100, with electrical problems first of all it some times starts with the kichstart but doesnt last for long, the spart on the plug when i turn it over on the kickstart is white and poor not blue, my main problem is no power on the handlebar switch , ive tried tracing the wires , ive renewed the starter relay the starter works when i bypass the solanoid so i think the starter is ok, ive got power at the solanoid one end only. the fuse is ok with power at both ends, ive got power to the ignition key and power to the imobilizer light on the dashboard, but no light comes on and no power at the switch on the handelbars, i dont want to strip anymore off the bike or start throwing more money at it untill im on the right track please anyone what do you think or where should i start my next investigation thanks joe
