what does this spaner symbol indicate? ?

I have an Aprilia rs 125 and having trouble starting it! i have changed the battery and plug, it is now ticking over but not starting. I have tried push starting but still nothing. Also there is a spanner symbol flashing on the panel at the top and wont go off! cant find anything about it in the manual. what does it mean anyone?
