zanussi zxd 14270w1?

recently had a new pump fitted to my zanussi waher dryer zxd 14270w1 modle. the problem now is that the machine isn't calling for water the spin cycle won't start and the drum won't go round on the drain setting. the water pipe is free and the filer is clear.
