my 2000 ford excursion ABS light stays on the brakes work fine the ABS system also works while the light is on. This started after towing a boat until then no problem. The light came on intermitinly at first now it stays on all the time. it comes on after I start the truck and move about 20 feet. Any idea as to what could couse this?
ok i am a ford love but i have to say one of there faults is the warning system for instance i have replaced sensors alot in my own explorer but with abs it could be a snsor or the fact that something has occured either way just take it to a professional and have them look at it it could be big or small either way brakes are something not to joke around with

Without scan tool to check for code you`ll never know
Usually when abs lite comes on there is a problem and abs is disabled
