Mend Onn OM004 Microwave Cooking Repair

How can I fix my Onn microwave model number OM004. ?

The microwave has stopped cooking and defrosting food etc. Everything acts as normal ie there is power, it sounds like it is working, turntable rotates, but the food is still cold.
