Big thankyou to whoever first posted advice about holding stereo power button for 10 seconds, to fix Bluetooth and AUX (when both don't work).
I have an Australian Ford Territory. After I installed an under seat subwoofer, my Bluetooth and AUX stopped working.
I unplugged the Bluetooth and AUX from the car, and then reconnected them, but that didn't work. I tested the power in the cable, going into them, and that was ok. I took out the whole AUX module, and took it to an electronics shop, the people there thought it was ok. I disconnected the battery a few times, that didn't work. I checked every fuse.
It took me a long time to do all that.
Then I read you just need to hold the stereo power button for 10 seconds. I wish I knew that earlier :-)
