How can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarius DWF30 Dishwasher?

After the wash cycle has completed the tablet is still pretty much intact and the items near the door have a white gooey mess on them. I have cleaned the filters and the arms and checked that the tab draw opens but still have problem any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
