Mend Whirlpool AWOE 8748 Problem Washing Machine

Problem with Whirlpool AWOE 8748?

Washing machine will run for a couple of washes & then it will stop with a F13 code fault.Try to reset it using the reset button but it will not co-operate.This always happens near the very end of the wash.I have to drain it using the filter plug at the bottom of the machine to get the door open.
