How do I stop leaks in Pegler Rune sink mixer tap?

I cannot fully dismantle my 4P1061 Pegler Rune sink mixer tap to find cause of persistent leak. How do I dismantle, please?

unscrew the round decal on the tap handle and pull handle off unscrew chrome shroud and this gives you access to tap body ( if the taps are 1/4 turn then they are ceramic disks which will be scratched and cannot be repaired) the taps do have a 10 yr guarentee
