Mend Hotpoint Temperature Freezer Food

how do i set my fridge to minus its going warm?!?

i have a hotpoint mistral plus frost freeze.i cant find the manual anywhere.i noticed yesterday the temperature is on 23 plus and goes up to 30 plus.all my foods going warm please could someone tell me how to set it back to minus asap.
