Is the water getting hot during the wash cycle?.put the dishwasher on the highest temp program and keep opening the door during the cycle to see if the water is getting hot.If there is no heat then it could well be the dry solder joint on the heater relay or a track blown.by removing the old pcb from the fascia panel and removing the pcd from the white plastic housing you can check the track and solder joints on the heater relay.Even if they look OK it is still a good idea to resolder the relay joints
This problem can also be related to a heater fault or a pressure switch fault
