On filling my water tank to full after winter layup (full drained) my Shurflo sounds as if it is running, but no water to taps. No previous problems and not frozen.
Please advise
My pump had the same problem, sorted it based on the advice here for £7.45. Thanks!

Wow! Exactly the fault of mine!! I'd never have known the filter was there! And mine was cracked. I removed it and simply am running without it for now.

Hi there on the inlet of the pump there may be a filter bowl its normally clear plastic screw on.if it has a one it will probably be cracked due to its downward position it holds water even if you drain your system.Good luck
