Mend Candy Grand 1400 Putting Machine Door

Candy Grand 1400 AAA rated (8 Kg load)?

When putting a load into the machine and the door has been closed it looks like the machine is not recognising that the door has been closed therefore the programme will not start. Can you help.
Note: The door lock piston does activate when the door is closed and the door cannot be opened, the 'door lock' light flashes constantly but does not allow any programme to commence.

i have a candy grand 1400 8kg washing machine when you put it on a program it will fill then motor goes to start and gives tree short spurts to the motor then wont do anything else .. i have checked the brushes and they are ok
