How do I replace the on/off switch on my Bosch WFF2001/GB/01 washing machin?

The switch has to be slid upwards to remove it from the panel. To allow this you need to lever the small plastic catch in the centre of the top of the switch away from the metal surround until the switch is free to move upwards and then outwards.
