Mend Redring Plus Extra Shower Power Light

My Redring Plus Extra faulty?

My Redring Plus Extra electric shower has power going to it, however the overheat light is lit and no water will come through. When I took the cover off what looks like a mini boiler was piping hot.

Please could someone advise me about this?
