F11 is a pre-set fault code that means there is no motor action.It is a blown fuse on the power board 99% of the time but it could be a blown motor.On very rare occasions it could be something that has gone through the washing machine like a childs small toy or a mobile phone battery that has got caught outside the inner drum and caused it to sieze.Your best bet is to ring Dyson and get it repaired for a set price of £99
