my cd changer doesnt eject the magazine?

Hi, i have a BMW 318 (03 plate)...my cd changer doesnt eject the magazine...i think the model number of the cd changer is SCD-B2/B2I...is there anything you can do? any help will be very appreciated...many thanks

This forum gave me an answer to getting the cd magazine out of the cd changer by slipping a credit card under the magazine and thereby pressing the emergency eject. This helps you get out your magazine but may not obviously tell you why it is stuck in the first place, how to stop it happening again or how to mend your changer.
