Mend Hotpoint WD860 Water Washer Dryer

how can i get hot water in my hotpoint wd860?

I recently had a F 13 sign on my washer dryer which after following the advice given before, which got rid of the warning sign but now the clothes are coming out cold after a wash. Any ideas or advice
