Hi Guy's ive taken over a few of these panels recently, what a pile of shite, I try my hardest to stay away from Texecom,
Did you guys know you can programme Zones 5-8 as tamper, This has to be almost as bad as the Accenta range,
Trouble is there are loads out there, Horrible panels.

What more detail do you need?
Enginners code will disable tampers.
So put in engineers code.

Go to panel, examine the keypad. There will be some numbers on the keypad, probably in this sequance.

Using the tactile numeric keypad enter a sequence of numbers that are either the factory set or the new changed engineers code entered by the person who installed the system.
Then whilst in the engineers mode make your repairs and or swap over to determine if the detector selected is indeed faulty. Once this has been done exit engineers mode by pressing the correct sequence to exit the engineers mode that disables the tampers on the system at task.
Then walk about and maybe even enter walk test. ( another essay to follow).
