Mend Belling Multifunction Cooker Working

how to replace 2 hob elements on Belling multifunction cooker?

I have a Belling Multifunction cooker and 2 of the hob elements have stopped working. I have taken out about 50 screws and managed to get the top of the cooker off. The serial no has worn away on the door, so how do I replace the hobs, as I'm not sure what I;m looking for?
