sams4 sps-100 registers i have 2 and they have been off for 3 months?

I guess you mean SPS-1000 registers.
You will have lost all programming, so they will need to be re-programmed.
Leave them turned on for 24hrs to charge up, then perform the memory clear and run through the various setup tables in the manual.
