Mend Alexander R.C. RC Watch Battery Repair

Need help setting my Alexander R.C. watch?

After getting a new battery at Fred Myers my Alexander RC watch was 15 min fast. That was 18 mos ago and I'm getting tired of it. Nobody has been able to help.
Appreciate your thoughts.
