Mend Baumatic B904ss Oven Fan Smaller

I have a Baumatic B904ss electric double oven?

The larger electric fan oven is not even getting warm although the fan is running. the smaller oven above it is working whats wrong

I have the same probs with my single oven, I believe its the element they cost around £25, I am currently trying to find the original site I found which gave me this info along with step by step instructions on how to fix it.
