Mend Beko AP930 Ice Maker Fridge Repair

How can i fix the ice maker - Beko AP930?

My firdge frezer is not making any ice - I have replaced the rubber connector at the back of the fridge freezer - water is reaching the connector - but it will not go any further - has anyone else solved this problem?
