Mend Ford ZX3 Driver Window Works

2003 ford focus driver side window switch works when it feels like it?

The drivers side and front passenger side window switch didn't work so i bought a used switch and installed. now the passenger side works and the drivers side worked twice and now does nothing. Any ideas
