Mend Ravenheat LS80T Central Heating No Hot Water

ravenheat LS80T No hot water?

my ravenheat LS80T works fine for the central heating but about 2 weeks ago wouldnt fire up for hot water unless you turned the heating on, now its the same but water is only luke warm, can anybody help?
