Mend Ravenheat RSF 820/20T Diverter Valve Central Heating

No hot water except when rads are on?

Unless we have the central heating switched on, we cannot get any hot water on our Ravenheat RSF 820/20T. What do you reckon is the fault? If it is the microswitch on the diverter value, is it easy to replace?

We had this and is was a faulty thermistor.

The engineer just jiggled it the first time he came out, and it all started working again....for a week. Then it re-occured, and he changed the thermistor...it was about £50 fitted.
