Mend Beko WMA620W Washing Machine Spin Drain

how to fix thermostat or fit new bushes on beko wma620w?

my washing machine takes water in, and when put on program drain it will empty. But the drum wont spin any more, so i dont know if its the heater not heating the water to correct temp for next stage, or the bushes have gone on the pump?

this sounds like the motor brushes have worn out.remove the motor and take the brushes off the side and check the carbon part is at least 10mm in length.anything less than this will require replacing
