Mend BISSELL ProHeat 11 Bex Bissel Proheat

bex bissel proheat 11. red?

further to my earlier question, i forgot to mention that the pump switch to the handle do,s not seem to be pushing the plunger down, i have taken of the upper handle, the plunger seems to work if i use something to push it down, but putting the handle back the switch seems loose to the touch.
