No power at all to my hotpoint aquarius WF 541?

Hi can anyone help please? this may have already been asked by someone else but I cant find it,..
Machine started ok, couple mins into cycle there was smell of burning and machine stopped. No power lights etc, all extinguished. Checked fuse in socket and all ok and so is the main wall socket.
Could it be the suppressor or module etc? any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
The machine is a Hotpoint Aquarius WF 541 1400 spin.
