Mend Gardtec GS-800 Alarm Power Fault

Gardtec Alarm says Power cut Fault?

My Gardtec alarm has a display saying Power Cut Fault but it won't let me put in any codes to try and reset, ive left messages for the guy who installed it to see if he knows its not a serviced contract but i can't get hold of him.

Any advice of where to go?

god,thats very tempting,:-)con. the panel is crap,
but i wont say it,buy a good panel mate,:-)try a scantronic 9651 at least it will work!!
