Mend Hotpoint 9536 Drum Seal Noisy

Hotpoint Drum alignment?

I've just fited a new door seal to a Hotpoint 1000 deluxe 9536. It has been a noisy machine for a few weeks now and whilst the top was off I noticed that the drum was not central but sitting at an angle with the rear of the drum over to the left and thus the front of the drum doesn't sit quite right and the rubber gets distorted, any ideas? Thanks

the dampers at the bottom of the outer drum need replacing, you'll need a suspension kit, bit fiddly to fit though
