spanner light comes on for 30 to 1 min only when starting my 2ltr DTI zafi ?

i have a vauxhall Zafira 2005 2ltr dti and the spanner light comes on for 1 min only when starting and then goes of and does not come on if the engine is warm tried the egv by cleaning it but didnot sovle the problem can anybody help with this problem
