leak from 15mm flexible connector with valve?

The 15mm Flexible connector with valve which is attached to the up fill on our upstairs toilet cistern leaks at the nut joint attached to the copper up pipe water supply.

Could it be the olive or do I need an O washer inside the coupling joint.

Any advice gratefully appreciated
