Mend Mistral Heating Radiator Thermostatic

how can i fix my Mistral thermastatic radiator valve?

I need to remove some radiators to flush them and then flush the comlpete system. After moving the valve cover to the OFF position and loosening the nut to the radiator, I am still getting water past the valve and not out of the radiator.What do I need to do?

Firstly i would ask why are you taking the radiators off if you are flushing the whole system??? If you are flushing the whole system leave the rads on and do the lot in one go. Also you can drain the whole system, change the valve and refill it with clean water before you start to flush.
